Background-checked sitters and walkers near you. Every sitter passes a Checkr background check, a photo ID check and our safety course before they can take a booking.
What comes with every booking
Walks, drop-ins, house sitting, boarding, day care and training, booked and paid in the app.
The real price, up front
Every price includes Paw & Collar's 10% service fee, so the total you see in search is the total you pay.
A report card after every visit
At least one photo and safety checks for your pets: leash, ID tag and doors for dogs; doors, windows and carrier for cats. Walks come with a map of the route.
Check-in at your home
Save your home's location and the booking shows whether your sitter was there when the visit started. Sitters never see it.
Help when something goes wrong
One screen to call your sitter or 911, report an incident, or alert sitters and owners within 5 miles if your pet gets loose.
Refunds by the rules
The same cancellation rule for every sitter, shown before you book: the earlier you cancel, the more you get back, and refunds happen on their own. If a sitter cancels, you get a full refund and can see who else is free.
Reviews both ways
Owners and sitters review each other under the same rules. Reviews post right away and are never taken down just for being negative.
Sitters keep 85%.
